Important Notes
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15–30 business days.
- Credits used before requesting a refund are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for “change of credits” or “I didn’t like the results” after the 14-day window.
- Enterprise or custom plans have separate refund terms stated in the order.
