Welcome to Montr AI (“Montr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://montr.ai (the “Site”), and any related subdomains, mobile applications, APIs, and services offered by Montr AI (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Additional Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

3. Subscription Plans, Payments, and Billing

Montr offers various plans, including free tiers, trials, lifetime access, and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice.

4. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering AI models, scraping, reselling the Service without consent, or generating harmful content.

5. User Content and Generated Outputs

  • User Content: Any materials you upload or submit (“Inputs”).
  • Outputs: AI-generated content produced by the Service based on your Inputs.
  • Ownership: You retain rights to your User Content and Outputs, subject to your subscription tier.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, AI models, and trademarks, is owned by Montr AI or its licensors.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods.
  • Annual Plans: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Aligarh, India.
